Welcome to NameSpark. By accessing our platform, utilizing our generator nodes, or reading our educational media guides, you agree to comply with the terms detailed here.

1. Permitted Use and Rates

You are granted a non-exclusive license to access NameSpark to research business names and read marketing insights. Automated scraping, systematic API harvesting of the server endpoint, or executing packet-flooding scripts are strictly forbidden. Users must not exceed the specified rate limits of 5 generation calls per minute.

2. Ownership and Intellectual Status

**We do NOT assert proprietary ownership or copyright over names generated via the AI platform.**

Any business name ideas, taglines, or justifications generated on NameSpark belong entirely to the user who requested them. We make no guarantees that selected names are clear of pre-existing global trademarks, commercial logos, or domain holds.

3. Right to Verify Locally

It is the user's sole responsibility to carry out proper trademark registration searches inside their host region's official directories (e.g., USPTO, UK IPO, EUIPO) before committing capital, printing packaging materials, or registering dynamic LLCs. NameSpark will not be held responsible for localized trademark infringement actions.

4. Indemnification and Liability

All NameSpark tools and pages are presented on an "As-Is" and "As-Available" structural baseline, with zero express or implied performance warranties. We do not guarantee unbroken system uptime or liability for any indirect commercial loss stemming from system downtime.

5. Governance

These terms are governed and parsed in alignment with state corporate guidelines. If any clause of these terms is deemed void, all adjacent clauses persist with full legislative validity.
